The Easiest Dieting Method: Lose Weight Without Starving
People are always looking for an easy way to lose weight, and if you too are one of them, here is help for you. If someone told you that dieting has to be hard and boring, he probably doesn’t know about how much medical science and research has progressed in the past few years. Gone are the days when you would have to eat like a mouse in the hope of losing weight, or be forced to eat less than even your youngest kid in the hope of getting rid of that annoying fat belly! Similarly, on the third day, you can have a high-protein diet, while on the fourth you could opt for a fiber-rich diet! Once your body is faced with different types of diets everyday, it won’t know what level to keep your metabolic rate at! In short, the calorie shifting diet is not about focusing on any one type of food or diet; rather it is about alternating between different types of foods with varying calorie content!

First, it lasts only for nine days, within which timeframe you should be able to lose a minimum of eleven pounds, if not more! After nine days, you are also given a 4-day ‘cheat period’ when you are free to eat whatever you wish (hint: you can use those four days to eat as many chocolates and burgers you want)!
